Wasn’t a good experience! I arrived from Canada a long flight I want to take shower they were no soap or shampoo other then a little piece of hand soap! asked for one they said no you have to go to a convenient store and buy by yourself! I stayed at 7 floor super noisy from the Main Street all the time! The pool water was disgusting so dirty :(( I will never recommend this place

Tudo certo , apartamento novo. Um pouco de confusão com a entrada e saída diária do apartamento pois estão implementando a facial no prédio, mas nada a ver com o apartamento em si. Poderia melhorar a vedação do som da janela para a sacada, pois realmente se escuta barulho alto da avenida, mas creio que seja um padrão do prédio. No geral foi tudo certo. Apartamento novo bem localizado na 9 de julho. Recomendo

EVITE ESTE LUGAR / NÃO FIQUE AQUI Esse lugar foi horrível. O check-in foi um completo desastre. Eles não nos deram nenhuma instrução até que tivemos que chegar na propriedade e esperar no lobby por uma hora entrando em contato com a empresa 'The Lodges' no WhatsApp. Chegamos no quarto só para descobrir que estava sujo - a cama tinha lençóis sujos e manchados e as toalhas estavam usadas e marrons sujas. Pedimos uma empregada para vir limpar e eles nos ignoraram por horas e horas e finalmente ninguém veio - este pequeno apartamento é inabitável e a administração são palhaços. AVOID THIS PLACE / DO NOT STAY This place was horrible. the check-in was a complete mess. they did not give us any instructions until we had to arrive at the property and wait in the lobby for an hour contacting 'The Lodges' company on WhatsApp. We arrived at the room only to find that it was dirty - the bed had soiled dirty linens and the towels were used and dirty brown. We asked for a maid to come clean and they ignored us for hours and hours and finally nobody came - this tiny apartment is uninhabitable and the management are clowns.

A acomodação é excelente, um prédio novo, confortável e seguro. A mesma é exatamente como o anúncio, contendo academia, estacionamento e lavanderia. Minha ressalva vai apenas para o estacionamento, no fim de semana que foi minha estadia, a empresa responsável deixou a desejar quanto as entradas e saídas, não tendo alguém na guarita 100% do tempo, de modo que por vezes era necessário a ida até a recepção para solicitar que fossem fazer a abertura do portão. Em todo o resto, a hospedagem foi de excelência, voltaria ao espaço sem dúvidas.

Neste apto a localização é tudo! Pontos positivos: apto bem equipado, excelente qualidade de roupas de cama e toalhas, e muito agradável. Fora a localização que é excelente. Pontos negativos: barulho! O apto está na av. 9 de julho, e não tem nenhum isolamento acústico.
