    Repeated stay for the fourth time for the fine culinary included in the half board and the water world spa pool. Hence, a bit disappointed that it was closed for maintenance on the next day of our stay. Service level remains excellent as always from front line staff to the waitresses.

    Excellent service. Simply just touch n go From check in to check out less than a brief moment . Staff there very friendly . Comfortable room with awesome lake view . Had my Peaceful sleep even with open balcony door opened , awaken n greeted by the sun rise is really nice. Inclusive dinner meal is nice , remember to look out their email for meal n shuttle bus from the train station arrangements. Never before experiencing check in in shuttle bus , You should try them , awesome. They also offer local tour which shuttle you around by bus. Accompanied by their hotel staff , looking after you and serve you with light refreshments while you do the local touring, which is excellent for family with kids n oldes. Well the price tag is high but does worth the value .

    No wonder it is a 5 star hotel. Everything is perfect. Hotel staff service is excellent. Both adult and children enjoyed the indoor playground, water world, table Soccer, board games, TV game etc. The brunch at Eau Cloud Restaurant was delicious. We tried both vegetarian and Japanese set. All in room drinks were free. Highly recommended!

    Great service, friendly staff and pet friendly hotel! Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, astonishing lake view, nice amenities and a relaxing SPA. Breakfast and dinner buffet with great selection and quality of food. Free flow beer! Kids playground and in Addition our dog had a good time there too. Free 24h care of small pets during your stay. I only can recommend this hotel!!!
