The apartment was located in a good area steps away from the beach and major shopping district. Check-in took way too longvsince you have to pre-check in on your device and then repeat with staff. The apartment was okay but the AC wasn't working efficiently for the Summer time. The shower had good warm water flow. The kitchen didnt have pots only eating utensils and basic crockery. The wifi was good but cut out due to some issue in the area. The elevators took long to reach the ground floor at the best of times, due to stopping on multiple floors, which was quite annoying. The staff was helpful and tried their best by using Google translate to communicate in English.

Confesso que, pelas fotos, achei que o Studio seria menor, mas fui surpreendida! O espaço é muito bom, bem equipado e tem tudo o que precisamos — e até mais do que eu esperava. Os funcionários são muito educados, prestativos e estão sempre à disposição para nos ajudar, independentemente do horário. A localização também é maravilhosa, com tudo o que precisamos por perto. O mercadinho na recepção, que funciona 24 horas, foi um grande diferencial e me salvou em alguns momentos! Tem um pouco de tudo e sem precisar sair do prédio. Sobre o custo-benefício, posso dizer que é muito mais benefício! Amei a estadia. Fui a trabalho, mas já quero voltar para aproveitar a lazer. Recomendo muito! ❤️

Quarto acessível com banheiro amplo, ponto positivo. Porém era um quarto que não tinha nenhuma abertura para área externa do prédio, com paredes que deixavam ouvir todo o movimento no corredor. As janelas desse quarto tinham abertura para o corredor… não gostei. Também faltou tapete para o banheiro, não sei se nunca disponibilizam ou se foi um esquecimento.

A hospedagem foi excelente. O que não pode acontecer é uma rede tão inovadora como a Apê Smart ter convênio com um estacionamento tão irresponsável como o que tem hoje. Perdi um compromisso importantíssimo porque simplesmente ninguém apareceu para abrir o estacionamento no horário combinado. Revejam esse convênio para não perderem outros hóspedes.

O local é ótimo, limpeza impecável, contudo, as infromações de que fornecem utencilios de cozinha , não é uma realidade, deveriam rever a propaganda, pois não fornecem ou informam que todos estão em uso, quando se deveria se ter quantidade para atender todos os quartos. O local fica próximo da Praia, o estacionamento é um absurdo e o modelo adotado para guardar o carro é horrível. Com relação a equipe de trabalhadores, são atenciosos, educados, prestativos, nunca fui tão bem tratado, expresso minha gratidão a todos os trabalhadores.
