Perfect location. 10 to 15 min walk to major sites. Nice staff. Modern and clean room. Parking close by for just 16euro/day. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. We stayed for 4 nights, and I would definitely come here again.

Very nice, modern hotel. Room clean and big enough. The biggest plus is that this is walking distance (15 to 20 min) to the major sites in Vienna. (Musikverein, Opera, kunsthistoriches museum... Lots of places to eat close by. Parking around the corner. If I ever go back to Vienna, this will be my first choice.

Great location, beautiful hotel but the public areas are totally redundant and soulless due to a lack of staff rendering the hotel bars being closed throughout our stay. This was extremely disappointing - we paid hotel prices and not Airbnb prices so expected more.

We loved this hotel - a tiny bit out of town and a short walk to the tram/underground, but thereby benefited from being much quieter. Very high quality hotel and the signature suite double room was amazing for a young family. Staff super helpful and lovely breakfast - highly recommended!

I would absolutely stay again. Hotel was just a few minutes walk from the city center in a safe, clean neighborhood. The breakfast was outstanding and really set you up for the day. There is a super-marked and a pharmacy on the other side of the road. The room was quiet, just watch out for the glass door to the bathroom, it was so sparkling clean that i walked right into it!

Great property, near all the main attractions of Vienna. It’s a little more dated than expected and compared to the pictures but overall, we had a great stay! The staff was really friendly and helpful, from check-in to advices on things to do, the room was comfortable and clean, and we were in walkable distance from most of the interesting things to visit.

The room was filthy, the carpet had not been cleaned in a very long time, there were stains everywhere. The bathroom floor was also dirty, and several of the towels had stains. The cleaning also didn’t exchange the towels and we had to request it from the reception. The trash was also not emptied in 4-5 days. Also the air on control is on all the time and lights up the room. The soundproofing is not good and you can hear and feel the train outside the hotel when it runs past. However, the location of the hotel is good and close to the city center. The staff was helpful, when checking in, and when leaving the bag etc after check out. The bar is great, and the breakfast is good as well. The hotel is pet friendly, which is not advertised very clearly, so be aware of that.
