Great stay with lovely and helpful staff. Will be staying here again on our next visit to Berlin. Only marked down as I found the mattress too hard (personal preference) and the toilet seat was loose

Fun hotel, but would need some refurbishment.
Nice, fun hotel with interesting concept. It seems, though, that they haven't done much refurbishing in the last years - and it would be much needed. Some things don't work as they should (music in the elevators, scheduled bands, room equipment)

Mini break to Berlin
The nhow Berlin was everything we hoped for and a lot more. The hotel staff were warm friendly and very welcoming, the buffet breakfast had an excellent selection of food, and the room was comfortable with amazing view of surrounding area. The hotel was located in a great area, 10-15 minute walk to local U station for train into town, stop for the hop on hop off tour buses, the East side mall and Mercedes arena as well as a large section of the remaining Berlin wall. Can't fault the hotel, location or Berlin.

Just the Ticket
Good location. A 5 minute walk to overground rail, underground / tram stations / stops. Good choice of breakfast items, polite and helpful staff. I personally found the bed and pillows a little uncomfortable, but I appreciate this is a personal view. Room was big enough and clean, the communal areas has some interesting design touches.

Shocking. Rude management. AVOID
Shockingly rude management and desk staff. Messed up my booking and said they could only solve the problem if I purchased another room. Then tried to charge me for my room when I checked in despite having paid up front. No one tried to make it right, no one took responsibility. All it would have taken to make things right was an apology and maybe a round of drinks Considering I bought 14 people to this hotel for a 3 day trip I was appalled with how I was spoken to and treated. All I wanted was what I paid for
