This was an older but well maintained hotel in a safe area. The room was large and contained a number of good amenities like a full sized fridge. The breakfast was relatively simple, and the surrounding area is limited, but for what I paid, I got great value.

There was silverware in the room. We had a laundry. But they wanted my creditcard, although I prepaid. That's why only 4 stars. Good stay.
