Amazing service and location. Highly recommend!
This is my second time staying at this hotel. I can recommend it in a heartbeat. What stands out is the service here. I moved here from another hotel where I forgot my passport, and the front desk guy went out of his way to check me in 2 hours before the official check-in time and told me to submit my passport details later. He also went with me to a tram stop and gave me a tram card so I could ride back to my old hotel and retrieve my passport. Another great thing here is the location. You are steps away from the Topkapi Palace, minutes away from the Aya Sofia, and other Istanbul attractions. The rooms have names of different Ottoman princesses, and it's always fun to learn about the history that way. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing in All respects, Staff, room, spa, locate
We have traveled extensively throughout the US and Europe and Hotel Sultania is at the top! Amazing in all respects. This is a 5 star hotel..they anticipate your needs. Staff, from the front desk to the doorman to the concierge to the maid to the spa desk to the Turkish bath tech..over the top incredible. The Hotel Sultania exceeded expectations beyond belief. A boutique hotel of 40 rooms it was the perfect size to offer all needed services and too small to support bus groups! Although the hotel was full when we were there, we were made to feel like we were the only guests. Location is steps from the tram. Hagia, Cistern, Bazaar, Blue Mosque, etc. all within 10 minute walk. Our room was the Sirin Hatlin Suite on the top floor. The pictures on the site don't do it justice. TV hidden in a gilded mirror, massive all marble bathroom, huge patio. Blue night lights, wonderful bedding, welcome treats. We were there for five nights and the room was always cleaned when we returned from an early breakfast. The spa located in the building is first rate, nice indoor pool and jacuzzi, steam etc. Go for the Turkish bath! The man that does it is amazing and for $60 an an awesome value. Young man at the spa reception was gracious and kind. There are multiple great restaurants next to and close to the hotel. We had two amazing dinners at the New Hatay right across from the hotel. Highly recommend Sultania or any of the other hotels in this group.
