Todo fue excelente, solo estuvieron marcando para organizar una reparación. Considero que eso se puede prever o posponer cuando el huésped salga.
De ahí en fuera, ubicación, amenidades, todo estuvo perfecto.

El apartamento se ve que fue remodelado hace poco. Lo cual es muy bueno. Se siente moderno a pesar de estar en un edificio viejo. Muy buen gusto para la remodelación. Perfecto para dos personas. Está muy bien ubicado, al lado del cementerio de la Recoleta. Tiene varios sitios para mercar, uno al frente del edificio. Tiene varios restaurantes y sitios de entrenamiento cerca. Usamos mucho el transporte público, tiene muchas opciones de buses. (Colectivos)
Me parece extraño que esta propiedad no se rente más. Creo que el propietario tiene un gestor de cuenta ineficiente para la gestión de la propiedad, ya que es una empresa que no creo que le dé toda la prioridad de alquiler. Aunque la comunicación con ellos (el tercero) fue medianamente aceptable.
El edificio es viejo, pero cuenta con ascensor y todo funciona.
Sin duda es una excelente opción calidad y precio.
