The tv in the main bedroom didn’t work and there was old body wash on the tiles in the shower of the ensuite. Otherwise the property was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Central and spacious.
I have stayed here many times over several years and the main reasons are the proximity to the Sunshine Plaza for shopping, groceries, cinema etc as well as the great pool. The apartments are always clean and reasonably stocked with kitchen items. There used to be a great view over the golf course but that has now gone and the land is being developed. No noise impact at the moment but there might be in the future. The one bedroom apartments don't have an oven but the two bedroom places do. Similarly, one bedrooms only have a shower over the bath but two bedrooms have a shower in the second bathroom. WiFi is good and the underground parking is easy although it can be a bit tight if you have a very large vehicle. Prices have risen in recent years but I am still drawn back. I do look at cheaper places each time but usually decide the benefits outweigh the cost.

The swimming pool is heated to make swimming very refreshing. The BBQ area around the pool is fantastic. The secure car park allocated a double length car park so it was perfect for our car and JetSki.

Had a problem checking in when front desk not attended. Phone to call for access to key drop not working. If not had found resident who knew manager's unit number we would have been stuffed. Unit ok - not a lot of tea and coffee. Very basic but clean and tidy. Unfortunately no overhead fans and hate shower over bath!

Air conditioning only in lounge area, no fans or aircon in bedrooms. Outdoor air-con unit very loud. Beds very hard. Shower head in main bathroom needs replacing.
