This was the perfect accommodation for me as I was visiting family for 3 weeks. I felt I had a little home away from home that felt safe, secure and convenient. On arrival we needed the bed cover changed due to it being marked. This was done very promptly. We did not realise that we had to change our own linen during our almost three week stay, however the linen packs were delivered when we asked each week. The staff were good providing anything we asked for.

We found no detergent for dish washing. So our plates etc were only rinsed. Which made me wonder if the previous visitors only rinsed the equipment as well. Hygiene a concern. No broom to sweep up the crumbs i split out of the toaster. Mould climbing the shower recess Towel rail broken Couldnt open the door past 45d. Due to the 2 seater lounge. The width of the room equal to a 3 seater lounge. Was concerned about security when we noticed the condition of the door. Looked as if it hsd been jemmied Would we recommend this .NO Will we be back NO
