The breakfast was decent, definitely not a home made experience, but was filling nonetheless. The staff could’ve been more friendlier and hospitable. My family and I definitely felt like we were a bother towards them. Cleanliness was well, the bathrooms could get some upgrades to the help with the appeal of the place. This was a strictly economy stay though, so definitely recommend for a quick night of rest and maybe book at a more detailed/homey feel hotel/inn.

Some staff were rude some were friendly it depends on who you get. Place is older and it shows with ware and tare but it is ok for the price and was clean without bugs or pests. It’s gated and secure. Obnoxious party people were there but that’s New Orleans for you, not the hotels fault. You get what you pay for and it’s under 100 a night most days so book it if you are on a budget, if not go with better but if you want to save some money like I did. It was ok overall.

The property is a bit outdated. We asked for a couple of extra pillows upon arrival and never received them. The bed sheets had stains + a few random long hairs. The towels were in poor condition. There were only 2 small soap bars for 2 people staying 4 nights, and the hot water ran out pretty quickly. When I called the front desk both on their landline and using my cellphone, it rang forever with no response. I probably wouldn’t stay there again or for li n er than 1 night. The only good thing I will say is that there is secured parking on site. And the staff were gentile when I checked in and out.

Place was nice, quiet, secure, and we enjoyed our stay. The water pressure and temperature were good. Only issue I had during the stay was the bed was a very very firm mattress and was uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep on it. The pillows were amazing though.

My stay was nice and I didn’t just stay at the Quality Inn, I was transferred over to the Suburban Suites and it was like being in a studio apartment. I would recommend staying there , especially if you have children or pets.
