    Nice place... except the air in our room did not work well. It was hot at night!! . We ended up opening the windows but it did not help much and the noice and light kept us from sleeping.

    Definetelly not 4 stars. Breakfast was horrible. We ordered 4 eggs . get them after 40min abd several times asking, ordered tea get cafe ... Parking 300meters.

    Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt und nur ca. 100 m vom Gardasee entfernt. Die Lage ist damit optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Badeurlaub, Wanderungen in die umliegenden Berge und Spaziergänge durch die Stadt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück ok. Wegen der aktuellen Corona-Krise wohl nicht in der sonst üblichen Form. Die Zimmer sind sauber und von der Größe ausreichend, allerdings etwas hellhörig. Die Betten waren hervorragend. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Das Duschgel wurde nicht aufgefüllt und der Fernsehempfang ist schlecht (wenn man den dann braucht).

    Es wurde sehr auf die Hygiene geachtet. Man fühlte sich sehr sicher. Das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. DieZimmer sauber und nett eingerichtet. Parkplatz Hotel nah .Gut gesichert, fast wie ein Hochsicherheitstrackt, Dieses Hotel kann man jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

    Bene, ma non benissimo...

    Hotel di recente ristrutturazione, in pieno centro e per questo un po' scomodo per chi viaggia in auto. Personale volentoroso e disponibile. Ambienti e camere pulite, però con piccoli ma importanri "difetti" strutturali, soprattutto in rapporto alle 4 stelle annunciate e al livello che vorrebbe avere; non è pensabile infatti assegnare camere al piano mansardato senza il frigo, l'aria condizionata e la Velux (finestra a tetto) funzionanti.
