Wi-Fi is completely rubbish. Cost me money as I have to use mobile data to work. Where ever you login it just stops. I’ve stayed here lots of times now and it’s always the same. I’m reconsidering my next stay now, unfortunately probably won’t be here anymore. I.T manager needs to have his job reviewed as he isn’t doing it very well. And I’m sure he knows this. Jack and his team on the concierge are fantastic. Lovely helpful people.

The hotel is in a nice building on Sukhumvit soi 31. This makes it a moderate walk to one of the BTS stations. A day or two before my arrival I received an e-mail announcing I was upgraded to a suite; however, at check-in the staff placed me in the normal room I had originally reserved. I had to show them the e-mail I received before the upgrade was granted. The suite was huge and clean, with a comfortable bed. But the layout was awkward, and the lighting was insufficient. And the wi-fi wasn't working. Took a technician 20-25 minutes to sort things out. And the room had no hot water kettle for tea or coffee. Only some fancy café latte machine, but there was only one coffee capsule provided (with a fee!). Overall, the experience was underwhelming.

What else can I say but WOW! What a great hotel. Clean, friendly and a top rated staff. Close to everything you want and need. The room was clean, and up to date. My only negative was the cleaning staff was ready to clean my room anytime I walked out. ( not really negative, just never seen someone so ready to clean my room) A special thanks to the door staff. They went above and beyond. You guys are the reason I come back over and over again. This is a no brainer. Book it!
