We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment, and would return in a heartbeat. The hosts met us at the boat stop and communicated through what’s app to help us find our way, they then took us directly to the apartment and showed us how to use the air con etc. And gave us helpful tips about places to visit- eg the Guggenheim which was a highlight! The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, and the main bedroom is enormous! The shower is good and the air conditioning is effective.l with a modern kitchen with everything you need. The location is excellent- outside the front door, turn left down the alley and there is a little boat landing place with amazing views of the Rialto Bridge. Turn the other way and it’s a short walk to St Marks Square. And it’s so peaceful here even though you’re so close to the centre. Just the occasional sound of people wheeling luggage past, and the people collecting the rubbish in the mornings. We were thrilled to find this gem!

This appartement is perfect, really perfect, for 3 nights in Venice. The owner picked us up at the Vaporetto stop only some hundred meters from the appartement and presented the appartement and the neighbourhood to us. She also helped arranging a nice tour for Murano! She was great! The appartement is in a central location, but mostly quiet. The appartement it self was very well equipped and perfect for the four of us.
