Crisis Averted
The staff were amazing. They let us check in early since our train came in before check in time. The kind lady who helped us also booked a taxi for our very early morning flight. Overnight, however, our flight was cancelled and booked for an earlier time. The attendant at the desk made sure to keep tabs on the taxi we ordered and we still managed to make our flight. Everyone was so kind and helpful and I'd recommend this place with no reservations.

Room not cleaned properly
Location best part of this stay ideal for the train station. Reception was friendly, room was slightly on the small size but the main thing that let us down was when I opened the wardrobe I found a load of open packets of food from the last guests. Ended up sleeping in clothes because if they don't even open the wardrobes between guests what else don't they do

Lift out of order, unhelpful staff
In the morning when we went to check out the lift wasn’t working. We were given no notice of this. We had 70kg of bags and equipment, and had to carry it down 6 flights of stairs, there was no assistance from the hotel staff nor apology made. This would have been a huge problem for anyone who was elderly or with a health condition.
