We will be back!
The hotel felt welcoming and was cleaned to a high standard. Very nice hot breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Bar food was also good. Only a 15 minute walk to city centre and The Marlowe. We will definitely book to stay again on future trips.

Tired, and I left tired as well
No heating on, even though snow on the ground outside. Bathroom was tired and cracking tiles on show, bed very hard and pillows very soft/needed replacement. Trades seem to use this as a base, and leave at 5am - 530am banging all the doors so waking everyone else up!

Great stay, lovely clean spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great to have free parking so close to the centre. Breakfast was really good and very good value for money. We have used a few hotels over the last few years when visiting Canterbury and found without a doubt this to be one that we would return to again.

Staff were very polite & friendly, everywhere was very clean. had a great option on the menu & great price. Food was delicious. Had dinner there both nights. Easy check in and out. They gave you a map of the area which was very handy. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you were visiting Canterbury.
