Visualmente el hotel es bonito. La experiencia es realmente terrible. No tienen personal suficiente y el poco que hay tiene cero capacidad para atenderte o resolverte cualquier cosa. Pagamos la habitación mas cara, aprox $10,000 MXN por noche, y con esos precios por noche, uno supone que va a ser una experiencia de primer nivel. Reservamos masajes, y nos dieron un masaje de 60 minutos y nos quisieron cobrar uno de 90 minutos. El restaurante no tiene la mitad de los platillos que ofrecen, y los poco que si tienen están terribles porque no hay un chef. Metieron el mismo plato con low camaron y la ensalada de lechugas al horno y llego la ensalada que supnía ser fresca, toda cocida y marchita. Pedimos cada quien 3 tiempos de comida y llegaron todos juntos, y el mesero nos dijo que si queríamos cada platillo un tiempo (entrada, sopa y plato fuerte) teníamos que indicarle que los queríamos por tiempos. No nos quisieron servir el vino que ofrecen por copeo diciendo que se les iba a quedar. De verdad para lo que uno paga tiene una experiencia bastante mediocre

Nous y sommes allés en début de semaine et en saison touristique basse. L’hôtel a roulé juste pour nous. Nous y étions vraiment bien, le service était impeccable et nous avons vraiment bien mangé. La piscine chauffé est superbe, nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps. Nous avons aussi réservé des massages et c’était parfait. C’est à 10-15 min du village ça se fait bien en taxi. A pesar de que el hotel está increíble, no me quisieron hacer válida la política de cambios en la reservación y me cobraron mucho más dinero de lo que debían. Les enseñé el recibo de Expedia sobre lo que debían cobrar, la política de cambios a la reservación con la que reservé mi habitación y simplemente me dejaron de contestar y nunca logré que me regresaran mi dinero. Pésima atención y me robaron dinero. Lástima porque el hotel está de maravilla.
