The hotel room is small but equipped with all necessities. Other than all other areas are fine.

comfortable room to stay in, a good size if you don't have too many luggages. bed was a bit hard, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Tokyo Vacation
Love the location of the hotel. About 2-3mins walk to JR station. A lot of foods nearby and open till late.

Fair 4.0
Small room with bare essentials but great location
Staff was friendly, but the rooms were very, very small. This is to be expected in Tokyo (and I've stayed at many other similar costed places in Tokyo), but the default furniture layout in addition to the room layout meant that opening a medium sized luggage was not possible without manually shifting out all the room furniture into the room hallway first. The room also did not come any kind of desk, which is a first, for me. This proved to be a major inconvenience as I didn't have any surface to even set up a laptop on. The TV was set up in a completely nonsensical position - 90 degrees from the facing of the bed, and from the provided sitting stools, so forget trying to watch it in any modicum of comfort. The room was also rather poorly lit, so while it's not an issue going about your daily business, forget trying to do any kind of reading. The room has no wardrobe or safe either, which are both rather tragic omissions. The two best reasons to stay here are: firstly, the immediate location vicinity, assuming you love all things Akihabara; and secondly, the accessibility to other parts of Tokyo, since it sits virtually next to the Yamanote-sen and has easy access to many other major locations in Tokyo. Just don't expect much from the hotel room itself.
