Fantastic hotel sitting just outside of town but an easy walk into the many fantastic restaurants and beach. There is also a good beach adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast selection in the hotel is superb. Be aware that this hotel sits on a headland and can get quite windy (certainly in January when we visited) Staff were brilliant.

Amazing Sea View and great breakfast
Quieter than Plyr d America’s or Pdl Cruz. Small Supermarket restaurant and atm built in same building/block as hotel, everything else around 1km across the bay. But hotel was great and sea view was one of the best I have seen, south facing with no obstructions. Breakfast was very good and the room was very spacious Also very close to airport 20mins in 15€ taxi. I will return to this hotel again for sure.

This property has a beautiful ocean view by the beach. The property is kept in excellent condition and pristine. The food needs more variety and less salt (please). The staff were fabulous, to name a few Front desk - Fabian and a lady that checked us in(sorry can't remember her name), bar and restaurant - Susana, gave great service, in the entertainment - Eva and Sarah, they were great getting the guest involved with the activities. The only thing I would have appreciated more was not to be all squeezed in one room (billiards/tv room). There was another tv room on the opposite but was not used. All the activities dance lessons, karaoke, bingo, and more were squeezed into this billiard room which doesn't make sense and delayed the activities. So we decided not to stay and went up to our hotel room. Dancing should be on every night in the basement(lowest floor) where we could socialize.

Defintely not worth it. Super dirty hotel. The bed and the floor is full of long haira. They dont change dirty towels and cups and glasses in the room. Pool towels replacement happens every other day. The indoor pool and jaccuzy is not free and the fee is just for 1 hours use. The AC is not working in the room and you cannot adjust temperature.

Pleasant hotel close to El Medano
The hotel looks uninspiring from the distance but is pleasant from the inside and the rooms are great especially the ones with sea views. It is a short and easy walk into El Medano where there are restaurants and plenty of water sports opportunities. My only negative about the hotel is the noise that reverberates up the central atrium in the evenings and was clearly heard in my room e.g. the music. However, it did stop later in the evening and was not too disruptive.
