Nice location and very friendly staff. It is a solid 4-star hotel. Front desk people were great, but the restaurant staff needs to be better trained. They seemed overwhelmed at breakfast all week and not sure what to do.

The breakfast area is lovely. The room was quite small but the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The toilet in our room didn’t work too well. The restaurant was very good. The staff was pleasant but the level of service was not the kind if “luxury” service one gets from an upscale hotel. The airport transport was only to the hotel, not back, which is fine but the webpage should have been more clear. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear other people’s conversations, Overall it’s a nice hotel with some very positive points, but a bit overpriced compared to similar hotels in the area.

Nice hotel in great location
Charming hotel just outside old city gates. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely helpful. Each room is different. Ours was quite small. Bathroom was an odd shape and required a step up. Breakfast was a little disappointing. In a country with amazing fruit, they could have done a little better.

After hearing good things, we were really disappointed with our stay here. - At check-in, the room wasn't as described or requested (described two twins AND a queen, but there was only a king which was ultimately split into two twins upon request). The path to our hotel room was also a mess with crates/bottles/garbage etc. everywhere. - We were hoping to use the laundry service, but ideally just the washing as we didn't want our clothes going in the dryer due to the risk they would shrink (to which the receptionist's response was "yes, that sometimes happens, but I'm not in charge of laundry so I don't know anything about the laundry process." I asked if I could speak with someone who DOES know something about the laundry process, and was told they don't come in until after the deadline for dropping off laundry. - When we tried to go to bed, we found one of the beds had dirty sheets so we had to get new ones and change them. - There was no hot water for in the shower. - On the last night, the power went out in the whole hotel so no lights, aircon, etc. Reception didn't even acknowledge or comment on it. - Reception attempted to charge us for items from the mini bar that we didn't even have. Overall, we found reception to be quite unhelpful. However, it is worth noting that there were some really lovely and helpful employees throughout the hotel at the restaurants and who helped with luggage.

The hotel is exceptional clean and I would like to thank the hotel staffs’s assistance and they always give you a hand. I would recommend the stay here and the location of hotel is right in Old town where it is good to travel and to find very good restaurants nearby.

Wonderful Gem in Heart of Old town
The property is amazing with tasteful but unique decor. The breakfast is wonderful and a full breakfast (even though it says continental). All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool areas are great and were always empty when I was there. The attached restaurant has wonderful gourmet meals with very reasonable prices. My only regret was not being able to stay longer!
