Eccentric, but fun.
Ideally situated in the centre of old Palermo, the hotel can be charmingly quirky (our room included a jacuzzi for two with a sizeable dashboard to control the multitude of jets - on the ground floor you can visit the erstwhile strong-room of the bank that used to occupy the premises and so on). The rooms are generously sized, the staff most helpful and facilities are as you might expect. However, as mentioned by other reviewers, the beds are on the hard side, but sleeping on top of, rather than under, the duvet provided some relief. We liked the hotel and will use it again on future visits.

Hotel location was terrible at night after 12:00am we couldn’t sleep until 4:00am Behind hotel was some kind of Pub too much noise music until 4:00 am and hotel couldn’t do anything we stayed 4 nights and was nightmare only manager last day came to us and offered to change the room and we said no thank you. You should of offered on the first day not the last day.

Simply Amazing! Hotel and staff ❤️
The hotel was amazing and in a great location in the middle of old town Palermo. Close to everything. Staff were also very polite and helpful with everything. Absolutely couldn’t say enough about how genuinely caring and friendly they all were. Loved this hotel and would definitely come back again. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip to Palermo so wonderful!….it’s also easy to get to if take the airport bus into downtown Palermo. Take the Prestige’ de Command and let the driver know and he can drop you off within a five minute walk of the hotel. 🍷🍷🍷😘
