If it were free it would still be overpriced!
One working elevator. Had reservations for the presidential suite and was not informed that the elevator did not go to that floor. Being disabled I had to take a downgrade with no refund or compensation. A friend checked in the next day and his suite reservation was also messed up. If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Pool area was horrible.

Nothing about this hotel is good. The hotel is old. The elevators didn't work. The AC was out, and I had to change rooms. The bed was hard as a rock!!@! No water pressure as well. I would not stay here again. They don't check you in until 3 pm, with no exceptions.
