Service at the counter was not the best. The lady seemed like if she was in a bad mood. We were told that the breakfast was going to be taken to our room to avoid the spread of COVID, but we never received it. I had never experienced this at a City Express out of all my stays.

El hotel esta limpio, pero en muy mal estado las camas, las almoadas estan terriblemente en mal estado necesitan hacer cambio total me llevaron otras dos pero estaban iguales o peores, las toallas super percudidas se parecen a las que usan en los lavados de carros aunque se ven mas limpias las de los lavados mas bien las de un mecanico, a la hora del desayuno se les descompuso la maquina para el cafe y el te asi que nos quedamos sin tomar cafe y te ya que no cuentan con una maquina extra o al menos un despensado de agua para que puedas obtener agua caliente, definitivamente nunca mas regreso a este hotel.

I pay for double bed room and staf giveme a single bed and i ask for sofa bed and they charge me more for that option i gonna need a reimburse of my money I been using expedia and is the firs time that happens to me
