Great choice!
Really impressed with this hotel. Free champagne at check in, beautiful view from the room and the bar, cool area, and not too far from the Waterloo tube stop! I’d stay here again!

Great hotel with easy access to transportation!
The H10 staff is awesome. From the time you enter you are greeted with a smile, welcome, and a beverage if you prefer. It is also nice to have umbrellas provided as rain is unscheduled. ' My only drawbacks were that the sliding door to the bathroom seemed to be off the track and made a lot of noise when opening and closing, the shower showed signs of wear (regrouting), since there is only half of a shower door, trying to keep the outside of the bathroom from getting wet was a challenge, and the tv stations (maybe the remote) would not display at times.

Our superb stay @ H10 Hotel Waterloo...
It was a great stay at H10 Hotel Waterloo in London. The location is really close to Thames River where The London Eye, Big Ben and Parliament is located.It is also an easy access to the river cruise, train and tour buses.Regular city bus is also accessible on this street where this hotel is located. Hotels.com & H10 Hótel Waterloo thanks for the VIP service we got! The city view room & other room services requests were granted and we really enjoyed our complementaries! We are so blessed! You are highly recommended

Just okay. Street noise dealbreaker.
Windows don’t seal well and it’s right next to ambulance depot. They need to fix and make clear they have fixed this — it is a problem. Huge doors make loud noise when open/shut. TV didn’t work on arrival and had to wait 90 mins for security guard to come by and fix. The vacuums apparently blow fuses so he had been fixing them all afternoon. Bed comfy. Views are terrific above 8th floor. Hotel has a lot of potential but clearly isn’t taking time to fix design flaws that are causing repeat feedback.
