Not a 4 star hotel
The hotel is a budget hotel and for the price, you get what you pay for. Definitely not 4 stars. Maybe 2. Front desk staff super nice, which I why I didn’t go for an even lower rating. But the home is old, outdated, my room had no windows, etc etc.

The hotel is well located in Palermo. Good breakfast, nice staff, clean. Only downside was the water in our room...shower in our room took a long time to get hot and at times we had no cold water in the sinks. Overall decent hotel for the price.

Location is good, walkable to historic centre. Reception is very helpful. Triple oom is clean but bit small for 3 of us. Breakfast is delicious. No complain to stay here for 4 nights.

Great hotel, the 101 bus from the train station stops outside the front door so really easy to find. Our room was fine but no proper windows which was odd cleaned everyday and towels changed too. Water pipes were a bit noisy at night though. Sky TV in English was a bonus after a day's sightseeing. Breakfast fine if not spectacular but staff made up for that.
