Great with working AC!!
Honestly, way better than I expected! We got to check in earlier and the AC was working amazingly! It was over 95°F/34°C when we were in Paris, so very hot. We traveled around Europe in hotels not having AC at all. Greta hotel, we’ll located, it’s everything you need, especially AC during the summer.

This small hotel is located exactly where I wanted to be, between the Louvre and the opera house. I enjoyed being on a quiet side street. The staff was very helpful and allowed me to get in my room early when I arrived exhausted after an overnight flight.

Great central spot, ample room & bed, small shower
We are familiar with Paris hotels. Bed was very large compared to what was expected. Slightly larger than queen. Stayed on the 5th floor where it was quiet and the lift worked no problem. Able to bring all the bags up in one trip which was a nice plus. Bathroom however was the smallest bathroom I've ever used. I'm 5'7" and still had problems with the size of the shower, curtain loose and water spilling onto the floor. I also kept hitting the temperature control as I showered so that was inconvenient. However for price and location I would stay here again no problem.

Great bang for your buck here. Just has what you need, a bed, a shower. (though very very small) and a toilet. Basic but you can walk into the town. Very close to the Louvre. Not bad at all for the price!

Fantastic
Hotel was great, while the room might have been a little on the small size, it was very cozy, clean and we had everything we needed. Very central, it was a leisurely 10 mins walk from the Louvre, and had plenty of cafés and restaurants around to go for meals. I'd happily stay there again.
