This hotel has a wonderful Budapest styler facade and lobby that puts 5* hotels facade like intercontinental or Sofitel to shame in my opinion. Clean and accessible, it’s 4* hotel with 5* quality and experience.

5 STAR treatment!!! As a last guest before the shutdown of the hotel, I cannot say enough about this hotel. The service was 1st class, they upgraded my room, and treated me like "a guest of honor" if they didn’t see me when I was rested; they'd called me to make sure I was okay.The hotel was beautiful, staff friendly and helpful above and beyond. Food by room service beautifully presented and delicious. They even me gave gifts when i was leaving. My friends and I really enjoyed ourselves here. Can't wait to go back again!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff welcomed us to this fantastic hotel, very quick check-in and provided recommendations for restaurants and activities all of which the concierge was able to book if required. Very spacious and beautifully decorated room with complimentary water and tea/coffee making facilities and TV with good range of channels. Fast, free WiFi also provided.

We booked the hotel for a long weekend break, we were not disappointed when we arrived, the staff were extremley welcoming and very informative of the city area. As i am an Expedia VIP we were automatically upgrade to the next level of room. The room was very spacious and furnished and decorated to a very high standard. We used the swimming and sauna facilities which are also of a very high standard and not too busy We had an excellent meal in the restaurant, the quality was very good The hotel is very well placed and is in swalking distance of all major buildings and paces of interest We decided arrange a private city tour, which was booked via the hotel, our guide Stephen was brilliant and extremley informative, we would highly recommend this extra if you visit Continental Hotel During our visit it was my birthday, i received a very noice bottle of bubbly We would highly recommend this hotel, we could not fault a thing
