    Very large, spacious and nicely decorated room. A minute walk to the beach. A 10 minute walk to the town center. Very nice, helpful and attentive staff. I enjoyed our stay here very much.

    Loved the location and huge rooms. A bit disappointed that some of the small things got missed like the drinking glasses in the bathroom were never clean, not even when we got into the room, still big scum marks when we left.

    We stayed as a couple at this hotel for 3 nights last week. We were the only guests at the time and were treated very well. The staff were excellent and the manager, who is also the chef, cooked special dishes for us. The hotel is a little out of the main part of Lovina, but close to the beach with a nice, friendly beach warung where you can sit and watch the amazing sunsets. The hotel has good amenities, though the beds were a little hard for me. I can't fault our stay - it was relaxing and I would have been happy to stay longer. The hotel will arrange a driver should you wish to go on trips - we took advantage of this and I would recommend the Lovina tour with Ketut.

    Amazing place, we were definitely in Paradise. Very warm greetings from all staff on our arrival & through our stay. All of them new us by name,as well as Hotel owner. Interior design's unbeatable, love all the vases, the are unbeatable. Food's really good. We went to their restaurant for dinner, felt like royalty, we were the only diners. Shame, because the quality of food's superb. Very close to all the amenities & restaurants, walking distance. Also can easily interact with locals, people are so friendly. We are booking again for our next stay in 2020. Loved it so much.

    Room facilities/maintenance poor

    Our first room the shower head broke, the air conditioner could not cope with the heat of Bali and eventually broke. Our second room the air conditioning also struggled and the exhaust fan did not work in bathroom and there was no hot water in basins or bath. The billiard area did not have the air conditioning on for our entire stay and the pool was closed at 6pm every day.I also booked and paid for a room upgrade as the plan shows the bed as being 2200mm square and I am 195cm tall but the bed was only 2000mm square at best. We were meant stay for 7 days but checked out after 4 when the breaking point was reached when the pork dinner my partner ordered from the restaurant was raw inside. this is definitely not 4+ stars it would struggle to be a 3 star in my experience and would never go back or recommend it to anyone.

    Huge room, nice view

    If you ask for an Ocean view room (which you should) don't be surprised that the sea is a good 200m away across a big field. That said the view is lovely, especially at sunset and much appreciated from an enormous balcony leading off from an even more enormous room. Good facilities, efficient a/c, nice and quiet as well away from the busy Main Street in Lovina but easily walkable there or to the beach. Had the place almost to ourselves, only saw 3 other guests in as many days, and did rather wonder why with only about 6 rooms, at least a dozen tables were beautifully laid and lit with candles for dinner every evening.
