Lovely, old Florida, but noisy neighbors ruined it
Lovely spot, clean and close to the Broadwalk, restaurants and beach. Only issue was extremely loud neighbors yelling and arguing outside until nearly 4 am, with no resident manager to control the situation. Windows shut out the street noise, but not the yelling, so there was no sleeping that night. Nice place, great ambiance otherwise, but wish there was some way to ensure peace and quiet after midnight.

We did a late check in which was super smooth and the place is so cute and cozy. The outdoor gathering area is such a nice touch. It's right on the main road but very private and just steps away from all the action of the boardwalk.

Pleasantly charming
It was much more than expected and welcoming upon arrival all the way to checkout. It’s located right on Ocean Drive walking distance to the beach and all restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful even being by the beach. I’ll be staying there again.
