The cleanliness of the hotel was fine. The staff that checked me in was pleasant but gave me incorrect information. The key cards kept malfunctioning and had to have them replaced/ fixed three times during my 3 day stay. I was stranded twice having to walk completely around the hotel or go back down to the desk to get into my room. Super frustrating after a long day of meetings. Also I chose not to have housekeeping during my stay, but came back to my room my last night and found that housekeeping had changed the towels and emptied the trash. I never requested that to happen. It was uncomfortable to think someone had entered the room without my knowledge. Not exactly happy with my stay, but it could have been worse
