The Arzobispado is well located in the centre of the old town. The staff are welcoming from the moment that you arrive and are keep to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The courtyard swimming pool area is a wonderful oasis away from the bustle of Cartagena. The room was large , comfortable and oozed character. Breakfast was treat - well done Arzobispado!

The hotel offered a shuttle service with a sign “Dreams”. They did not show up. Later they claimed they had a sign with my name (which I would have noticed FOR SURE). The room was not ready even 45 min past check in time. They upgraded the room - which was also not ready. If that was the upgraded room then I would have overpaid for the room I paid $$$ for. Breakfast was bland and uninspired. Folks were friendly - just unorganized and a bit in over their head.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. Staff is friendly and outgoing. Food was delicious. The pool was refreshing and the courtyard is so beautiful. Rooms were romantic. Location was perfect and walking distance to so many things within the walled city and even outside of it. I wish we never had to leave.
