Quiet part of town
The hotel and room were great. Very quiet and beautiful views. My only complaint is the same with every hotel since the pandemic. During the pandemic they did not enter and clean the room during your stay. However, when you have to call because the trash is overflowing and you have no clean towels and wash cloths, or toilet paper, it seems ridiculous. On the other hand, I loved the room and the amenities. It was close to the subway and you could get anywhere from there. The staff was super nice.

Incompetence from Arnold at the Front Desk
My stay has been quite pleasant until this morning when I approached the front desk to inquire about the process for using the laundry room. The gentleman at the front desk, Arnold, informed me that I had to make a reservation and gave me a key since the laundry room was available. Never once did he explain that I could only access one machine. So when I went to the laundry room ---- for the very first time --- I noticed there were 2 machines, so I proceeded to use both. Shortly after, I received a call from Arnold asking me if I was using both machines, I informed him that I was, of course. Then he proceeded to lecture me on how I should only use one machine. I explained to him that he never told me that. He then had the audacity to tell me that I would have to remove my laundry from an already activated machine because another customer had reserved that machine. Meanwhile please take note that he never once apologized for miscommunicating the policy and process to me. He just was anxious to have me remove my stuff from the wash because I was disrupting the schedule. Never once did he try to take responsibility for him miscommunication. All he cared about was me removing my clothes from an already activated wash --- The stupidest thing I've ever heard!! He decided that I, as a customer was not valuable enough to receive an apology. A paying customer of a suite, mind you. The level of incompetence defied any sort of logic!! Such a disappointment!
