Excellent very welcoming hotel in the heart of the lively part of Lviv. People on reception very pleasant, we had a problem with the room safe which was dealt with promptly. Good breakfast although some days the breakfast service in restaurant was slow. Would most definitely visit again.

The hotel is located in the historical heart of the city and is walking distance to everything one can experience. It is a delight to stay here and I will be doing so again in my next visit this fall and again at Christmas. For the English speaking traveller, the staff all speak English. The fact that the hotel is well appointed makes the stay even more enjoyable and the staff re attentive to every need. I can’t say enough about this hotel. Having travelled the world, I have seen the good and the not so good, and the Leopolis rates as one of the best!

Fantastic location in the centre of Lviv. Large room with nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. Very clean hotel with well equipped gym and a spa. Good selection for breakfast though service was a bit slow. Nice that we could sit outside. Very helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.
