Cloud 9 was a beautiful hotel! Right when you walk in, it smells so good. There’s a spa inside the hotel so that might be why, but i definitely appreciated it. The staff was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful and just all around wonderful. South African people are so hospitable. The room was gorgeous and clean and the beds were super comfortable. Getting around was easy as the location is very convenient. The rooftop bar has a great view and the restaurant below is delicious. The pool deck is really nice and the little pool is actually heated unlike many pools I’ve encountered. It’s super nice. Overall, great stay. Would go again and recommend to others.

This hotel was exceptional. Clean, spacious room and bathroom, with an amazing shower. The bed was so comfortable. Rooftop terrace has outstanding views of Table mountain & Lion’s head, and the food was also delicious. The location makes it a great jumping off point for all the touristy destinations, and we would happily stay here again!
