Ein wenig in die Tage gekommen. Ohne viel Schnickschnack. Sauber und geräumig. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Bahn direkt in der Nähe aber nicht störend. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.

- Fallweise wird im Lokal unzumutbar laute Musik bis 24 Uhr gespielt, gesungen und gegrölt - keine Nachtruhe! - täglich ab 22 Uhr und am Sonntag ist die Reception unbesetzt. - Chefin öffnet ohne anzuklopfen von außen die Zimmertüre und kommt mit einem fremden Gast in das Zimmer! - Fernsehbedienung defekt. - Frühstück mittelmäßig. - äußerst harte Matratze.

ボルツァーノの中心地から約3～4キロほど離れていると思います。 駐車場とバルコニーのある宿でこのホテルに泊まりました。 ホテルのスタッフさんはとても気さくで親切でした。 正面玄関の施錠時間は22時です。それ以降にホテルの建物に入るにはルームキーカードを玄関扉の右側にあるカード読み取り機にカードを通りカギを解錠します。ホテルの人が言うには、「たまにカードキーの読み取り機がうまく動かないことがあるからそんな時はココに電話してください」と玄関扉に張り付けてある電話番号に電話をして玄関の鍵を開けてもらうというシステムです。 客層はドイツ語圏の方々です。ホテル内には夕食が取れるレストランもあります。 ホテルの雰囲気は大手チェーンホテルよりも家族経営をしている感じのホテルでとても温かみがあります。 但し、公共交通で移動されている方より自動車で移動されている方にお勧めです。 どうやらホテルそばにも駅があるようですが、電車の本数は15～20分に1本程度のようでした。

Check in lento, è stata data priorità ad altri clienti tra ristorante e parcheggio. Non mi è sembrato un comportamento corretto. Struttura datata e non rinnovata. Vista su vigna e circondario molto bella. Colazione sotto la media. Palestra pessima, completamente da rinnovare.
