The place was clean. The only two things we didn’t like were: this is the first time an hotel denies us keeping something in their fridge and there was a hair in the breakfast salsa ( which could’ve been from a guest).

No Room for my Confirmed Reservation
I booked a reservation at the last minute for wait time at the airport. I was only going to use the room for 4 to 5 hours from 5:30am to 10:15am. I booked the reservation on my way to Monterrey a couple of hour before. When I arrived they said my reservation was cancelled. But it was still valid/confirmed with Hotels.com When I contacted Hotels.com they tried to help me but the front desk kept hanging up on them. They did not want to help me! I tried to sort it out for over 1 hour. They had rooms and they finally offered me a room at rack rate 2 times more than my confirmed booking rate. This after waiting around for an hour I left, I was not going to give them my money. They handled the situation very unprofessional.
