Close to airport and very restful. We loved it. Wished we stayed longer.

The room is nice and clean. I liked the view of my room (lake view). everything is as expected. there is a shuttle to the IAD airport. We got this hotel to relax between an international flight and a domestic flight.

I would not stay here again. I realize things are harder during COVID, but the lady who checked me in seemed annoyed I was bothering her. Hotel was totally dead, and not near anything. When I arrived I was hungry and they had no food options for three hours. Free shuttle service was not running as usual (again, fine COVID I get it but you have to let people know.) room was clean but very loud, you could hear anytime someone passed in the hallway. Only bright spot was a nice bartender with a solid house pour. There are tons of hotels near Dulles and I won’t choose this one again.

Sometimes you just need to do an overnight staycations just to break up the monotony of this pandemic. This was the chance for my teenage son and I to get out of the house and stay the night in luxury! It lived up to the online photos and positive reviews...we felt like royalty!! And so did our dog—who stayed for FREE!! We were treated kindly from start to finish and loved our accommodations from check-in to check-out!! And that hotel gym (everything you could need and then some)! Free coffee and tea in the lobby was a great finishing touch! Thanks for a great stay...100% would recommend!

The hotel was nice the location from the airport was good. The food for how expensive it is, it should be better. The burger could use more seasoning and the pancakes are more like crepes. My daughters milk tasted like water down half and half.

I got a great deal through Expedia for a room at the Westin Dulles Washington, DC. I was disappointed though at the quality. The first room smelled like cigarettes and the parking elevator smelled very strongly of cigarettes. They graciously moved me and I was disappointed that there was no coffee pot in the room. I only noticed the coffee bar in the lobby on the day I checked out. Also, the internet was not password protected, so I could not go online. Apple will not allow unsecured connections on my computer, so I didn't have internet connection during my stay there. I did love the water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. There is a restaurant on site and a Starbucks coffee bar, but I could never get service for the coffee bar and the hours are very limited, probably due to Covid. And I stayed 2 nights and was out of my room for the whole day Saturday, leaving at 7:30 a.m. and no one cleaned my room. Now maybe that was due to the change of rooms when I checked in, but still, with the small amount of people in the hotel, that was not appreciated. I will never stay at this hotel again. I guess I got what I paid for.
