Comfortable, cosy and conveniently located hotel.
We had two rooms with two occupants each. Smaller than we thought but was somewhat sufficient for our two pieces of luggages in each room, equipped with aircon n purifier with humidifying functions, a good plus). The convenience of being just right opposite the T-CAT station (limo bus to Narita n Haneda) certainly was another plus (3 mins walk), as well as the close proximity to the Metro stations (between 2-10 mins, depending on the lines preferred). Plenty of convenience stores within a 10 mins walk, as well as numerous restaurants, plus Tsukiji Mkt/Ginza/Roppongi were just 4-8 stops away by Metro. This hotel group also provide a complimentary bus service from the hotel to Tokyo Station every morning at varied timings. Breakfast was pretty decent with a different variety of foods served each morning. And for those who wanted something else, there is a Dondonudon shop just 2 mins away. All in all, a good place to stay at, whether on holiday or business and will definitely consider this hotel again on my next visit to Tokyo.

Basic business hotel that is enough for Tokyo
The room and bathroom was small (I think this is typical of central Tokyo) but clean and comfortable. There was room service daily. The hotel is very accessible, 1 min from suitengu mae subway station and the Tokyo City Air Terminal (offering bus services to and from Narita and Haneda). There is a shuttle bus to and from Tokyo station in the morning. Staff were friendly and polite. One thing to complain about was the breakfast; I would rather go out to have some decent Japanese breakfast.
