Overall, the hotel is average at best. The location is good and central in Budapest. Our room was serviced everyday, which is a nice change from recent experience at other places after COVID.
Other services are however very disappointing. You have to scan a QR code to request services - you can’t phone reception. We requested a clothes iron 3 times this way, and also asked reception in person another 2 times - we are still waiting today and could not iron our clothes for the wedding we were attending. The towel warmer was not working, also not the hand shower. This was also not addressed after using the QR code to request this to be addressed. The response time was also not good, it took more than 3 hours for a response after commenting on the site, and then none of the issues were addressed as per above.
The bathroom also shows signs of excessive wear and tear. The plastic trim on the shower door is broken.
The sleeper couch is not comfortable at all.
Overall, I would not recommend the hotel especially not for the price paid.
