Handy but breakfast was awful. A la carte the night before was tasty but expensive

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Room price was affordable given the comfort, and by itself the room was more than sufficient for me as a solo traveler. Although there is limited transport (only taxi or Grab) and limited dining around the hotel (7/11 or hotel food), this is just an inherent disadvantage of the area rather than the fault of the hotel. The free shuttle really helped with transport as well. However, one of the wardrobe doors in my room was faulty throughout my visit and I was unable to close the wardrobe completely, and the pole in the bathroom that held the curtain fell halfway, although it was fixed quickly. In addition, although I cannot confirm this, one of the lights in my room was switched on in the middle of the night even though I distinctly remembered switching off all the lights, suggesting that a staff had entered the room while I was sleeping. Thankfully nothing was stolen, but do be aware if you are staying alone. Overall, for the price and comfort, it was worth the other sacrifices, and the service from the staff was very good as well.

I stayed near the airport as I had an early flight. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was also good. The free airport shuttle was very convenient at 5.30am.

The hotel is not really very close to airport and is about 20-25 mins drive away. free shuttle was fully booked and we had to arrange our own transport back. Room service took more than 45 mins to arrive for a simple curry and rice order. The room was decent. The massage place next to hotel was terrible so dont bother trying.
