We have stayed in this hotel eight times since 2008 and feel very much at home there. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

Basking in Bonn
The people are so incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly to someone who doesn’t speak German. The room was small, although perfect for one person, but cozy, with a little desk that was helpful. It was spic-and-span clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was awesome (see pic #1) and again, the attendant was really friendly and helpful. It’s maybe a 15-minute, very pleasant walk to Museumsmeile. Close to shops, including a great supermarket, and restaurants. 15-min ride to train station and/or Beethoven house. They held my luggage and got me a cab when it was time to leave. All in all, a great experience.

Schönes kleines Hotel, in einer guten Lage. Das Zimmer war gepflegt und sauber. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war etwas mickrig. Sonst alles gut!

Es ist ein Hotel mit persönlichem Charakter. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bad ist sehr modern und schön. Im Badezimmerspiegel konnte ich leider nicht alles sehen, er war zu weit weg, ein Kosmetikspiegel fehlte. Auch im Zimmer befand sich kein Spiegel, der hat mir gefehlt. Hinter dem Hotel im Hof befinden sich Parkplätze, die leider jeden Abend, wenn wir ins Hotel kamen, belegt waren. Die Rückfahrt durch die enge Zufahrt gestaltete sich im Dunkeln etwas schwierig. Auf der Strasse war erst sehr weit entfernt ein Parkplatz zu bekommen. Trotz dieser kleinen Unbequemlichkeiten werden wir wiederkommen, wenn wir in der Nähe zu tun haben.
