Indoor pool was warm but only for a bit also jacuzzi at indoor pool still not working this one is more new and looks better than the one in the spa

The hotel needs updating. It is not obvious where to drive into for check in. The front lane way is full of potholes and needs to be replaced. Parking area is dirty and disorganized. Does not leave a good first impression. Lobby is clean and well appointed. Room we stayed in was an ocean front deluxe studio. It was clean, spacious and serviced daily even though they said it would only be serviced every other day. Bed was way too firm. Shower was poor. Need to install a curved rod and a shower curtain that actually stops water from soaking the floor each time. Pool area was nice and spacious. Not a problem getting a lounge chair as long as you’re there by 11AM. It gets very crowded in the afternoon, but that’s no different than most resorts. Our main disappointment was the area behind the property which is called the strip. If you’re in your late teens and looking to party hard every night , you’ll love the strip. But depending on where your room is in this property you might hear the party all night long (literally till sunrise). In our first room at the front of the hotel the noise was not an issue. Then we had to move to the back due to space limitations and the experience was completely different. Overall, the property is a good 3 star property, but unfortunately priced well above a 3-star property.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Good location on the beach and near 'The Strip' - lots of restaurants and bars in the area. No noise heard in the room. Sea view room really looked onto another building at the hotel. Got a different room.

Overall not a bad stay not the most friendly place to stay no much going on in the hotel but very clean and tidy

Great location, staff can't do enough to help you, very friendly. Just wished we had a sea view as we had a side view. Couldn't fault the cleanliness of the hotel though.
