My daughter and I stayed in their Double Queen "Suite", and stating it was average would be a compliment. There were multiple large stains on the carpet, the closet door was broken and would not close, the bathroom door would only open partially due to the floor tiles being uneven, the furniture (desk, dresser and night stand) looked clean but were completely scratched and each had many loose/broken knobs. The beds were very comfortable and thank goodness for that, or we would have relocated to a different hotel. The happy hour in the restaurant was sold out of many items. But the quesadilla was good. I understand that they are renovating the hotel, but the rooms are in desperate need of an update.

No HOT Water!!!
Ok, I think we can all agree that hotels are having issues with the pandemic rules. However, in my travels, I have the feeling that most hotels are using this pandemic event as a "Cop-Out" excuse to lower standards, services, and overall care for their paying customers. So, in this hotel, on Day 1, my shower was defective and non-functional. I asked for engineering to repair it. They did. Day 2 - ZERO Hot water!!! One of two things a hotel can NEVER fail at - Hot Water & Air Conditioning. The staff knew this and said ... "Oh Well!" After my ICE shower, at check out the front desk didn't even offer to buy me a coffee or have their shuttle give me a ride. This level of LOW service is becoming pervasive with many hotels. This is my 2 cents ... Because, the hotels are not giving us a discount!
