Grand Majestic Hotel - Prague.
Great hotel! Don’t be fooled by the outside. This is a nice hotel. They have parking in their own garage (limited) so would suggest you reserve it in advance. It’s a good location and the Old Town Square and most of the main sites are within an easy walk. Excellent rates and outstanding staff. Very friendly.

Bad hotel, bad service, horrible experience
My room had a big smell of cigarettes like someone was smoking 5 minutes before my arrival. I had to argue with the reception worker until they finally agreed to replace the room. In addition to that, they had charged me twice for the city taxes (by their mistake), and even though I explained them everything and they agreed with me at the reception. the moment the Hotels had contacted them they lied and denied the whole matter. Bottom line, the hotel is a disaster and not worth the money they charge for the stay

Away from the busiest areas
Fantastic hotel and lots of great restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend the Argentinian next door. Good breakfast each day and the option of on site massage was too good to pass on. Massage was also fantastic. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Old town only 10 min walk but nice to get away from the main tourist areas.

Great location, close to trams, train and right across from Namesti Square, walking distance to main attractions, including Charles Bridge. Close to huge shopping mall, Palladium. Also close to a big supermaret in Namesti Square. Room was very comfortable, AC worked great, slept well in our comfy king size bed. Loved the buffet breakfast, good options and worth it!
