Nice stay near the airport in late arriving flight. Pick up at airport by shuttle team was a great plus. Breakfast is good. Please note: shuttle stop is a long walk to the other side of the terminal and the hotel accommodation does not have easy lift access. Check if you need lift access.

Wonderful transit hotel
This is our favorite transit hotel in jakarta. The hotel is clean, rooms are modern, beds are comfortable. Definitely allowing us a good nice rest. The restaurant is superb. The shuttle bus comes very timely and the staffs are very efficient in helping load our luggages. Overall, we always trust that we will have a good night rest here. Its superb.

I had an extremely disappointing experience while having dinner with my daughter.She ordered an orange juice & a milestone soup,but things quickly took a turn for the worse.As the soup was brought to our table,my daughter accidentally knocked over her glass of orange juice trying to reach her soup causing a chaotic mess with broken glass scattered everywhere.Regrettably, the staff was ill-equipped to handle the situation promptly because we had to wait for a manager, which ended up taking 35 to 40 minutes.We urgently needed the manager's decision on whether we would be held responsible for the spilled soup & orange juice, as well as a replacement for the items.Sadly, none of the staff members knew how to effectively manage the situation. To exacerbate our predicament, the wait for the manager was so protracted that the kitchen closed before any resolution could be reached.By 11:11 PM, I found myself with no alternative but to leave with my hungry daughter. The next day,another manager came to our room,I was shocked to learn that the hotel's policy mandated customers to pay for uneaten or undrunk food that their focus was not on being considerate or providing immediate assistance in such situations.Instead,it seemed that they were more interested in capitalizing on any opportunity to EXPLOIT TOURISTS who visited the hotel.I genuinely feel sorry for both the employees who have to operate within such a system and anyone else who finds themselves in a similar situation.
