Check in took an hour, person running front desk was rude said she didn't have the confirmation number even though I gave it to her she made me call hotles.com which I thought was rude considering it should be her job since I provided all information. hotels.com had to call them miraculously they found the confirmation numbers had to spend an hour out of our vacation dealing with the rude front desk people when in sure if she wouldve look at another spot she wouldve found it

Good except parking
Nice location. Clean. Could use a little better water pressure and better pillows. We had to hunt for extra towels and coffee on a three night stay. Very quiet and no major issues except for parking. The hotel only has a very small lot that the casino does not help to monitor. They should gate off an area for hotel guests.

what stay??booked Hotel because they had 24 hour airport shuttle landed just before midnight called hotel after a long day of travel.guess what they don’t operate a shuttle anymore..I said maybe you want to take it off the amenities list to which the front desk agent said yea guess we should do that . so i asked if i could find a cab would they reimburse me to which she replied no. I then asked for a refund and she replied no to kate for refund. guess what never Hilton Hotel s again. I did finally get a refund thru the gold desk but didn’t get into my hotel until after 1 am and back up at 6. not a happy person

Breakfast is NOT included with your stay and Continental Breakfast is Yogurt, Cereal and pastries for $8.95, or you can order off the menu. Felt the advertisement was misleading! Not a big deal, but it was questioned by each person coming into the breakfast area.
