Friendly staff but 3.5 star hotel at best
I really don’t like to give negative reviews when the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the overall state of the hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. 3.5 star at best. It is honestly insulting to other 5 star hotels for this hotel to be in same category. AC not working properly. Room service has to be ordered by whatsapp? Very out dated facilities.
