Unacceptable noise on the top floor. The owner of the hotel should try to sleep in the room we were given. It was like being in an engine room or on a factory floor. Industrial air conditioners on the other side of every thin wall and above the roof. Staff were charming and proud of their recent expansion, and the location is right in the middle of the main pedestrian intersection. The room had previously been an apartment—spacious and clean. Without the noise it would have been just fine—perhaps other rooms below the top floor are. But it’s unacceptable to offer a room that noisy to guests, period, at any price.

Location is excellent, room was nice, other than the ants and mosquitoes, tv didn’t work, service was a big negative at the front desk as well as spa, just an overall rude attitude not pleasant. Spa is tiny barely room for two people in the locker room, steam, or sauna, and low in amenities

This was our second time staying within a two time, they were nice to let us leave a suitcase be hide until we got back from our cruise: our room wasn’t ready until 3:00 , we reserve a jr suite but didn’t get that but they gave us a up grade to a executive suite; very nice : the next morning my husband went to get breakfast early before our long trip home and the manager told him it wasn’t included : but it was all suites has breakfast included plus I had it in writing so that let a bad feeling with us; the location is excellent and the bellhops personal was excellent including the wait staff :

Excellent location -- everything really interesting is within walking distance. The hotel is at the crossing of the 2 most charming streets in Palermo and no car traffic. Many charming bars and restaurants arevery close by. Rooms are a bit small. Our window had a view to a wall about 3 feet from our window.
