It's an older motel but not bad. Room was clean & had a fridge with decent freezer and microwave. Nothing fancy but a good place to sleep for the night.

It was difficult to deal with the front desk. The young man mumbled, and they had a thick glass panel with a small slot at the bottom, presumably to pass money. It was nearly impossible to communicate. The sheets on the sofa were of dubious cleanliness. The light for the range hood did not work. Not even a burnt out bulb, but no bulb, at all. It is hard to cook in shadows. The lights are low powered. With both of them turned on, it is still dimly lit. For a small town, there seemed to be an unusual amount of noise in the hallway outside our room. The cookware and flatware are poor. Much of the dinnerware is melamine. Overall, not a good experience

Room was clean, a bit dated, but it was ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's the only affordable hotel in the area and I visit there quite often so I'll be staying there again soon.

The property and rooms were very clean; however, there were guests that did recreational marijuana across the hallway which made my experience less than pleasant.

This is a motel so don’t expect anything more than that. Front desk staff is very rude. Hallways smelt funky. Beds were hard but after a long day they were fine.

The property and furniture have been there since the early 1960’s. Room chairs look like someone was murdered in them. Beds were spongy. Dust ruffles looked like they were going to disintegrate. Cinder block walls on the interiors. Fake wood dresser looked like it had been in a flood.

The room was damp and now welcoming. There was old hair in the shower and on the floor. The carpet was dirty and I worried about the cleaning the entire room.
The staff was short with me and it felt like I was bothering them.

Very quiet area with stores and restaurants less than one mile away but thought when I got a room number that started with 1 that I would be on the first floor. Had to carry my belongings up 14 steps to the second floor as there is no elevator.

Have you ever thought, I would love to live in a prison or a mental hospital? Then this is the place for you! From the concrete painted walls, to the dirty floors, the neighbors that are so loud you cannot think in your own room. The bathroom that is so bland, you're not sure what has gone in their in the past to the toilet paper that feels like tree bark as it is wiped across your private parts. The uncertainty of what you will find lurking underneath the blankets. The fear that you will bring home unwanted guests, makes the biggest part of the excitement of the stay!

I stay in a lot of small town motels and hotels. This one was pretty clean for what it was and the price so I couldn't complain. Is it some bougie 5 Star Luxury place? No. But it was fine enough, no bugs, no smells, no crazy stains. It was fine, which is more than I sometimes run into.

We had low expectations, but this motel didn’t even meet them. Signs claim rooms are no-smoking, but there were ash buckets and multiple people standing on outside the entrance smoking and the smell periodically wafted into the rooms. There’s no amenities like an iron or hair dryer.

The Oakridge is an older, refurbished hotel. It is clean and basic. It was all we were looking for, as we were out and about all the time. There is coffee in the lobby. No makers in the room, but had a microwave and fridge. We didn't mind.
Would stay again for sure. Stayed x2 nights.
