muy decepcionante. el hotel no responde a las consultas en la aplicación hotel.com y nos reservaron como una cama king cuando solicité tres veces por dos camas queen. Esto por sí solo muestra una falta de preocupación y atención a los detalles y una inadecuación del servicio al cliente. El registro de recepción fue grosero y conflictivo. La piscina era inaccesible debido a la multitud de personas muy ruidosas y profanas que parecían ser una fiesta privada, aunque no nos dijeron nada de lo mismo. No había espacio en la piscina y no hay sillas en el bar. Muchas prostitutas en la zona de la piscina / bar. Este no es un lugar para la familia y no debe clasificarse como tal. El restaurante está bien, pero el servicio es abominable. Esperamos casi una hora para finalmente hacer un pedido. Nuestro camarero fue muy amable, pero en general no fue una buena experiencia. La comida era buena pero no excelente. El buffet de desayuno es bueno. Los ascensores solo tienen capacidad para cuatro personas. Los lugareños dejan bastante claro que no les gustan los Blanco's y que no te quieren en el mismo ascensor. Una habitación de $ 57 terminó costando más de $ 140 para agregar el desayuno y un adulto adicional. Ridículo. No volveremos nunca y me esforzaré por advertir a tantas otras personas como pueda en todos los sitios de reserva a los que pueda acceder. Y utilizo muchos de ellos porque viajo con frecuencia. Tiene la opción de cambiar de opinión si así lo desea.

Disappointing Decline - Quality & Customer Service
Customer service was not up to par. This hotel changed in quality from 10 years ago to now. I will not be staying here again with so many other options in the city. There were even small roaches in my room! No way.

Horrible customer service. I had paid for 2 nights, but didn't show up the first night because of the curfew, so when I went the following day and try to check in they said I couldn't do it because since I didn't show up they had cancelled the whole thing! I had paid for 2 nights!! Finally I got to talk to the manager and they gave me the worst room. I definitely don't recommend that hotel!
